Dear Fellow Artist,
One of my major goals
here at CAKUart is to help my fellow artists as much as I can.
It is my true desire
to continue building my site as a home for YOU, the artist, seeking
information to be inspired… ways to educate yourself…better ways to
market your work and develop your craft.
But here is the
thing. Many so-called experts make the mistake of assuming that what
they know is what everybody else wants to know.
I don't subscribe to
this theory.
In fact I know you
have questions, doubts and niggling thoughts about how to better market
what you do. I know you are seeking information to create the results
you see in your head.
How do I know?
Well... I have experienced the frustrations, rejections and yo-yo
environment that comes with marketing your art.
I do not pretend to
know everything, but I do know I have a real desire to help.
As my mentor once
taught me… "Nobody cares about how much you know until they know
how much you care."
That is why I have
created the questionnaire below.
So that I can better
provide the information you are seeking, I need to know what it is you
want to ask.
I will be honest and
tell you that I cannot guarantee that your questions will be answered
individually.
However, over the
coming months I will pull my team together to see if we cannot answer
your questions and present them to you in the most logical format we can
provide.
Please allow me to
make this clear…this questionnaire is NOT for people seeking tips and
hints on how to use their brushes or paint with oils etc. It is for
those who have established or are beginning to establish their craft
and are looking for information to market and develop their creativity.
